Banciao Residential Building, Taiwan

This is a condominium skyscraper project in Banciao District of New Taipei City, Taiwan. There are four buildings with 46 floors above ground and 7 basement levels. Exit 4 of Xinpu MRT station just locates at Building A of these buildings.

TECO fabricated white vitreous enamel panels with a total area of 400 m² for this project. They were installed as columns and beams at the entrance veranda of the building. Vitreous enamel panels are very easy to maintain and need very little cleaning demand. Their non-combustibility and resistance of vitreous enameled steel substrate to impact and distortion under extreme conditions provide further significant safety advantages in applications such as tunnel cladding and building cladding.
